Here is the answer to the question, when is it called a Super Blue Blood Moon?
Super Moon - When Moon is close to its Perigee (What is the meaning of Perigee? - soon)
Blue - When the full moon is the second one in a calendar month
Blood - When the moon is during a total lunar eclipse, it appears reddish in color
This one is even more important with the total lunar eclipse being the longest one.

SUPER BLUE BLOOD MOON IN THE EASTERN HEMISPHERE
The Northern Hemisphere had it earlier in the year in the month of January.
The uniqueness about tonight's Super Blue Blood Moon is that it also happens to be the longest total lunar eclipse for this century.
When was the last time such an event happened?
